  • How & where are your cakes made?
    Oh For Heavens Cake is operated out of a fully licenced & insured commercial kitchen close to Toowoomba’s iconic Picnic point. All of my cakes are made one at a time, from scratch, using top shelf premium ingredients. I use all natural products in my cakes & never use premixes , packet mixes or premade buttercreams. Since I do not run a factory, time is taken to ensure every custom made cake tastes absolutely scrumptious on the inside, and totally wow & unique on the outside.
  • What flavours of cake can you do?

  • How do I place an order?
    It is incredibly important to me that you get exactly what you are looking for, so before you place an order, I first like to organise a phone call to discuss your requirements. Please complete the form on the Contact page to get started. Once we've had the chance to chat about your cake, I will ask you to complete an 'Order Form' and I will send you deposit invoice to confirm your booking.
  • Can you deliver my cake?
    Yes I can. I take great pride & personal responsibility in seeing my cakes arrive in perfect condition. Delivery within the Toowoomba CBD is included, however for functions outside of Toowoomba there will be additional charges. Pick-up of smaller, non-tiered cakes can also be arranged.
  • How do I pay?
    Custom cake orders are taken on a 'first-in, first-served' basis, and are locked in on payment of the deposit. Short notice cake orders will require payment in full at time of order. Once all details of your cake order are finalised a 50% non-refundable deposit is requested & this then secures the date for you & for me. The balance of your cake payment is then paid one week prior to your event. Payments are made by Bank Transfer / Direct Deposit.   • Do you have council approval and insurances to operate a food business?
    All of my cakes are created out of a fully insured, licenced & council approved commercial kitchen. My kitchen is inspected regularly by the Toowoomba City Council Environmental Health Officers & I am proud to say has on each occasion fully passed all compliances for food safety & hygiene. My Licence number is EH/11108/Food .
  • Can I see more examples of your cakes?
    This website and my instagram are the best way to see a wide variety of the cakes I have made. I am always excited to work on new projects, so if you have a special request please do get in touch and we can discuss options.
  • Do you offer tastings?
    Tastings are by special arrangement; my availability is very limited for these appointments. Most enquiries & cake bookings occur after functions where a number of guests ask “Where did that cake come from?” When celebration cakes are bold, beautiful & taste totally scrumptious the basis of my work is literally ‘Word of mouth’ .
  • Do you offer Gluten Free options?
    I do bake for Gluten Free customers & a range of other special dietary requests. It is only fair & sweet that everyone can enjoy a piece of cake!
  • Do you take commercial orders?
    Yes, I do bake larger cakes & delicious slab-cakes for corporate events. Particular attention can be given to identify the particular celebration enhanced with edible images & company logos.
  • How should I store my cake?
    There are many different flavours, fillings & styles of cake varying from a traditional rum soaked fruit cake to a delicate Queen Victoria sponge cake with Belgian chocolate mousse with liqueur fillings & fresh Chantilly cream . Depending on your choice of cake, care instructions will always be given in regards to optimal care & storage conditions.
